Our Elder Law Package

Just like everything else we do, the details can be customized to your needs. But here is a general outline: 

  • OT home assessment to be offered as part of the customized package you offer your clients

  • When indicated, OT completes a comprehensive assessment of the individual and their home environment. 

  • We produce a written report that includes:

    • An action plan for getting the home ready for aging

    • Recommendations for both the short-term and long-term

    • Stages and phases according to client's priorities

    • Cost estimates, and consideration of a variety of price points

    • A design specification document, including product recommendations, for client's future reference, and to share with remodelers if they decide to take action.
